It is very noisy in the centre of a city with many roads converging.

The location! This hotel is in a beautiful old building in the heart of the city. Its a great experience getting there too-- walking through the building, taking an old elevator, looking out the window--- so old and pretty! The room is just what we needed for the price. Nothing too fancy, but a big bed, a bathroom and clean.
